Dubai-based Construction Delivery Group has filed a law suit against property developer Nakheel with the special tribunal set up to handle disputes over Nakheel's restructuring, Reuters has reported. CDG's suit contends it is owed $13.6m in principal, interest and damages related to a facilities management contract for properties at the Palm Jumeirah.
