Development will be built at Business Bay
The local Damac Star Properties has invited contractors to express interest in a contract to build two towers at Dubai’s Business Bay.
Known as Lotus Tower, the project involves building two towers with 53 storeys sitting on top of an eight-level podium and a basement. The total built-up area of the development is about 117,000 square metres.
In December last year, Damac awarded Lebanon’s Man Enterprise the $67m contract to build its Versace-branded tower in Beirut. The 28-storey Damac tower will be located in the downtown Solidere area of the Lebanese capital.
