
Dubai-based property developer, Damac Group has signed an agreement with Prominvest, the investment arm of the state-owned Russian Technologies, to invest $300m in property projects in Sochi, which will host the Winter Olympics in 2014, The National has reported. The investment would help the company diversify its property holdings, which include portfolios in North Africa, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, the developer said.
