Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA) has held discussions with the Dubai Police Department concerning new strategies and regulations for security and maritime safety, Gulf News has reported. It also includes the training and registration of vessels and marine driving licences as Dubai transitions into an international maritime hub.
