Twin tower development will be built next to Jumeirah Beach Residences
Emaar Hospitality Group has released details of a new beachfront property that it will operate in Dubai Marina.
The Address brand will manage a 182-room hotel as well as residences that are part of a new twin tower development that will be built next to Jumeirah Beach Residences. The towers will be 290 metres tall.
It is understood that the towers are being developed by Abu Dhabi-based Al-Ain Properties. The designs were prepared by the local Killa Design. The project was previously considered by Abu Dhabi-based Eagle Hills.
In April Emaar Hospitality said that it plans to open 35 new hotels and serviced residences in Dubai, the UAE and international markets.
The properties will be managed by its three brands: The Address Hotels + Resorts, Vida Hotels and Resorts, and Rove Hotels.
