Dalley is dual-qualified as an English solicitor and a professional design engineer. Dalley joined Dentons as a partner in 2013 and specialises in major international engineering projects and matters related to joint ventures, public procurement, long-term supply agreements, concessions and operations and maintenance.
As well as undertaking project structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, Dalley has extensive experience in resolving disputes, in particular their effective early management in order to avoid reaching formal proceedings.
Dalley has been involved in ad hoc, ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICSID, DIAC and ADCCAC arbitrations and is a practicing international arbitrator and an accredited mediator. Dalley is a chartered arbitrator, a fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and a fellow of the Energy Institute.
