Overview
Built over an area of five million square metres (sq m) in Riyadh, 4.75 million sq m in Jeddah and 6.42 million sq m in Al-Ahsa, it will have a total built-up area of 1.6 million sq m for the Riyadh campus, two million sq m for Jeddah and 1.4 million sq m for the campus in Al-Ahsa.
The Riyadh campus will have a capacity of 10,000 students. The housing complex includes 150 villas, 500 apartments for staff and 2,000 apartments for students.
The Jeddah and Al-Ahsa campuses will each have 1,000 apartment and villas for students.
The university will also include:
- Service outlets
- Data centres
- IP telephony system
- IPTV system
- Parking control system
- Mail sorting machines
- Associated facilities
