Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) has invited contractors to submit bids for work on 250 villas in Abu Dhabi.
Contractors have been asked to submit their bids by 5 March for the villa community project in the Al-Samha area of Abu Dhabi.
At the end of last year Musanada said it had awarded five construction contracts in Madinat Zayed in August as part of 15 construction and infrastructure contract awards totalling AED4bn ($1.1bn).
Local firm Saif Bin Darwish was appointed for AED979.8m of road and infrastructure work serving a housing scheme in the area. The company was also awarded two packages worth AED108.9m and AED89.7m for similar work within other areas of Madinat Zayed.
A contract for AED738m of infrastructure work for another residential area in Madinat Zayed was awarded to Kuwaits Mohammed Abdulmohsin al-Kharafi & Sons Company.
The local Nael & Bin Harmal Hydroexport Establishment will also execute an AED518.6m project to set up roads and infrastructure in the same area.
