High rise scheme will be built next to Jumeirah Beach Residence
Contractors bidding for the deal to build the The Address Jumeirah Gate development at Dubai Marina have been given more time to submit their offers.
The new closing date 20 July. The previous closing date was in June.
The prospective bidders include:
- Alec (local)
- Arabian Construction Company (ACC; Lebanon)
- Arabtec Construction (local)
- Al-Faraa Contracting Company (local)
- Belhasa Six Construct (local/Belgium)
- Multiplex (Canada)
- TAV (Turkey)
The construction contract involves building twin 74-storey mixed-use towers that are 303 metres tall on the Gulf coast next to Jumeirah Beach Residence.
