Qatar Telecom (Qtel) has launched a new guide to maximize internet speed and performance for home computer users. The new guide entitled 'Qtel's Guide to a Faster Internet Experience' is downloadable at Qtel's website www.qtel.com.qa. The guide helps customers improve the performance of their home computer, and features a range of hints and tips developed by Qtel's network teams.
