The contractor for the project is the local Airolink.
The construction work involves building two 14-storey towers that are connected by a skybridge with an infinity swimming pool.
The two towers have a total area of about 120,000 square metres, with 1,118 units including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. There will also be retail and food and beverage offerings.
The Se7en scheme is located next to the Dukes Dubai development, which is Seven Tides’ second scheme on the Palm.
Nakheel, which is the master developer of the Palm Jumeirah, recently launched a new tower scheme on the offshore island. The Palm Beach Residences is a 180-metre-tall residential tower located on the eastern side of the Palm Jumeirah’s trunk. The scheme will have 250 one, two and three-bedroom apartments topped by a 38th floor sky lounge.
