Firm will provide management services to Adnoc
US-based Hill International has been awarded a contract from the General Services Unit (GSU) of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) to provide facilities management services for the entire portfolio of Adnoc facilities.
Hill says the three-year contract is worth about AED57m ($15.5m).
Hills will include providing facility management services for Adnocs existing portfolio of assets, management of day-to-day operations, support for the GSUs future expansion plans, management of construction phases including pre- and post-construction, contract management and project controls.
Hill was the project manager for the recently opened new Adnoc headquarters building on the Abu Dhabi corniche.
In September, Hill said it had been awarded a contract by Al-Fouad Group to provide project management services on its Helios Towers project in Abu Dhabi.
The mixed-use development involves the construction of two towers a 62-storey residential tower and a 46-storey commercial office tower.
